Top hydration tips for a brighter summer

 The dark days are over! That’s right, it’s officially British summer time later this month. Our Sugar Scientist has informed us that, whilst we should enjoy the longer, hotter days, it’s much easier to become dehydrated.   1. Dry mouth – this is one of the first signs of dehydration. Make sure that you are topping up on water regularly to avoid this unpleasant side effect.
  2. Aching muscles – if your muscles begin to ache or feel tired, try drinking some zero-sugar water.
